This summer, spend some time with your sensual self. You deserve to take up space in the world, and move without apology.
This immersive experience is limited to six people. While it is encouraged to attend every session, you will not be penalized for missing sessions due to travel or health.
This intimate, intensive transformation combines personal coaching with hands-off bodywork and movement training. Coaching is centered around Move Without Apology’s C3 model of Coaching, Confidence, and Conditioning.
Coaching:
A coach is there to provide accurate information, facilitate your growth, and build habits. Through this summer program, you’ll get to experience small-group facilitation as well as get three one-on-one sessions with your coach tailored to your desires. Your coach for this program will be Kate E. Gaga, an experienced coach, trainer, and body-affirming guide.
Confidence:
Fuck the haters. Motivational interviewing throughout your program encourages you to re-assess societal messages about how bodies “should” look. Take up space in the world without that baggage. Transform your mindset and experience how you can move without apology in your movement practice as well as in your day-to-day life.
Conditioning:
Using The BioMechanics Method (TBMM) and The MELT Method, your coach will implement gentle physical practices to see where your body alignment is helping and hindering your movement. You will also receive your own equipment to take home and continue your own practice.
